There's lots of different ways to get involved with Ontario ARC -- one of them is through the agency's Recreation Program. Its great place to share your talent with the individuals we serve. The program sponsors Kids Day -- a program held for children ages 5 - 14 to participate in entertainment and athletic opportunities -- which is currently looking for volunteers.
Kids Day is currently looking for individuals to share their experience in a wide variety of activities, such as knitting, sewing, woodworking, music, dance, science, drama or nature. Volunteers are asked to commit roughly two hours of their time one Saturday a month. Its a great way to enhance your membership experience.
